The LPL Summer Split is officially here, and we have League of Legends DFS action! The LPL is considered to be one of the two best regions in the world, which should bring us high-quality League of Legends on a daily basis. If you want a quick overview of the teams and their rankings, check here. Let's break down the LPL slate for Saturday, June 13th, and see who stands out. (Just a heads up, the slate locks at 5:00 a.m. EST). Here are the starting lineups.

Surprisingly, Victory Five sit in first place of the LPL despite the fact they didn't win a single series during the Spring Split and were ranked dead last in the preseason rankings.

Star - 1.5x Points

Scout, Edward Gaming ($8,600) looked great in their first series of the Summer Split, despite losing it 2-1. He was able post 85 FanDuel points from 10 kills, 25 assists, and 10 deaths. Scout was among the best mid-laners in the Spring Split, and we can anticipate he will be right back near the top for this split. A very reasonable price tag and a winnable matchup.

Top

Biubiu, Victory Five ($8,100) comes in as the underdog in this series, but they are off to a hot start in the Summer Split. Although they were ranked last in the preseason rankings, they've started off 2-0 and see their players among the cheapest on this slate. There is a lot to take into consideration here, but Biubiu is worth a roster spot with how well he has been to start the split. A total of 15 kills, 23 assists, and only 8 deaths is strong for a top laner -- especially at his cheaper price tag.

Jungle

Peanut, LGD ($8,600) are one of the heavy favorites on this slate, which means we see him coming in as the most expensive jungler. He averaged the third-most kills per game among junglers in the LPL Spring Split, had the third-highest average Creep Score (CS) per game, and the sixth-highest Kill Participation (KP) Percentage. He's an elite option in the jungle, who's always involved in picking up kills for the team.

Mid

xiye, LGD ($9,000) has a very strong first series of the Summer Split, piling up 19 assists, 6 kills, and only 3 deaths. This should be a welcoming change for him, as he was on Dominus Esports in the Spring Split -- a team that finished with the fourth-worst record. Being surrounded by stronger players will boost his overall production, and he should be a key part of an LGD stack.

ADC

Hope, Edward Gaming ($9,500) will be the second-cheapest starting ADC on this slate and is one of my favorite overall plays. He was absolutely amazing during the Spring Split, ending with the highest Kill/Death/Assist Ratio (KDA) among ADCs, the third-highest average CS per game, the fewest average deaths per game, and the fourth-highest average kills per game. The level of consistency he brings is nearly unmatched on this slate and is exactly the type of player to bring you plenty of fantasy points.

Support

Sora, OMG ($7,000) will now be in the starting lineup ahead of cold for this series. OMG has started the Summer Split 0-2, and it's time for a change to their starting lineup, opening up a new opportunity for Sora. He is the absolute minimum salary for a player, bringing all the salary relief you could possibly want. He fits into a stars and scrubs lineup build, which is viable if you are trying to roster both Hope and Kramer.

Team

Edward Gaming ($7,700) put up 42 FanDuel points in the team spot the other day, and that was in a 2-1 loss. That's truly a solid amount of fantasy points in a losing effort. We know that losing teams only score about 60% of the fantasy points compared to winning teams. So, if Edward Gaming are the favorite in this series and end up winning, expect a big boost from the 42 points the other day.
