Cairney was benched recently as Fulham have tried to find a winning formula, but it seems the benching was positive motivation for the midfielder. He was one of Fulham's highest rated players in two of the last three matches despite losing to West Ham and Chelsea.

Cairney contributes on both sides of the ball. He has seven defensive actions over the last three matches. Cairney has also been fouled seven times and created four chances in that time frame. He also averages over a key pass and successful dribble each match. Cairney has yet to score this season, but he had 19 goals combined in the previous two seasons and Fulham may not feel pressure now as they are likely relegated. In a weird way, that can help the team and Cairney play more relaxed.

Leicester and Fulham have very similar possession numbers this season, which should allow Cairney to be involved on both ends. That also gives Cairney a solid floor to start.
