Aleksandar Mitrovic, Forward, Fulham

Salary: $11,500

Mitrovic is tied with Chelsea’s Eden Hazard as the top-priced player on the slate, and he has averaged 20.09 FanDuel points this season. Mitrovic has scored over 20 FanDuel points in four of his last six matches, averaging 23.98 FanDuel points over that span, but only one of those 20-point performances came on the road.

The Eagles are the slight favorite over the Cottagers -- who are currently in the drop zone -- and the match has a 52.8% chance of going under 2.5 goals. Palace, who are just four points shy of relegation, have allowed the fourth-fewest goals on their home pitch (11) while allowing the 10th-fewest shots (302) to all positions this season.

Mitrovic, who is fifth in the Premier League with 10 goals and has a 37% chance of scoring, per oddsmakers, has played better at Craven Cottage than he has on the road, averaging 28.49 FanDuel points on his home pitch compared to 11.68 FanDuel points on the road. Fulham have been held without a goal in 6 of their 12 road matches, and Mitrovic has produced at least 10 FanDuel points in just two matches without scoring a goal away from Craven Cottage.

With most of the top-forwards off the slate, DFS players may be intrigued with Mitrovic’s upside against Palace. However, the Eagles have allowed the sixth-fewest shots per 90 minutes to forwards (2.12) since Matchweek 15, and they have allowed fewer than two goals in five of their last six home matches. Based on matchups, Pedro ($11,000) and Josh King ($9,000) -- who has recorded three goals and two assists over his last two matchups -- are likely in smash spots while the Palace forwards may offer some value as Wilfried Zaha will miss out due to suspension.
