Midfielder - Ki Sung-yueng, Newcastle ($6,000)

Newcastle are on a fine run of form and Ki is part of the reason. He recorded an assist in 39 minutes of action for Newcastle's first win of the season three matchweeks ago and has started the last two to help Newcastle establish their current three-game winning streak.

Ki had not found his way with Newcastle since moving from Swansea. A muscle injury to Jonjo Shelvey ($7,000) allowed him to move into the starting lineup. The assist he recorded against Watford was his only real offensive contribution in the last three matches, but he is averaging close to four defensive actions per match. One positive sign for his potential offensive contribution is that his key pass numbers are higher than any other year in domestic football.

Heat maps show that Ki is spending time in the opponents half and the majority of his passes are forward looking to spur an attack. He is covering as much ground as anyone on the team and touching the ball more than most. Ki has become an important player in a short period of time for Newcastle.

West Ham have kept a clean sheet just once this season. They are rated 14th defensively overall in the league. The match up for Newcastle and Ki sets up well to keep their form going.
