In DFS, we generally look toward players that will put in the full 90 minutes. There are some clear trends emerging over the last few weeks in regard to which players are called off the field first that can show which players to potentially avoid.

According to Fantasy Scout stats, David Silva ($10,000) is one of four players on this slate who have been subbed off the field in each of the last four matchweeks. Teammate Sergio Aguero ($13,000) is one of 13 players who have been subbed off three of the last four times. That list also includes Marcus Rashford ($9,000). Aguero is a goal scorer and still has plenty of upside, but Silva and Rashford may have less appeal based on minutes.

If contrarian is your play, there are also players who are called upon each week off the bench. This is clearly risky, but Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez ($8,500) has played 168 minutes in three substitution appearances over the last four weeks and does have a goal in that time. Dominic Calvert-Lewin ($8,500) also has a goal as a substitute, but he has played sparingly. .
