Sam Vokes, Forward, Burnley

Salary: $7,500

After a terrible start to the season, Burnley has had a complete turnaround in the last two weeks. Following four straight losses, Burnley won back to back games against Bournemouth and Cardiff by a combined score of six goals on goal. Now, they face a Huddersfield team at home that is winless on the season and conceding 2.28 goals per match.

Far from a prolific scorer, Vokes has only a single goal on the season, but it was the match winner last weekend against Cardiff. Huddersfield concedes 20.3 shots per match on the road, the fourth most in the Premier League, and Vokes has slightly better odds to score than Crystal Palace's star striker Wilfried Zaha ($10,000).

On paper Burnley's home record of two losses and one win doesn't look great, but they have yet to play a bottom half of the table (Manchester United aren't quite there yet) side. Their crushing victory in their last home match over a Bournemouth side currently sitting in seventh place might be a sign of things to come against Huddersfield.
