Bad Defensive Teams Are Identifiable

West Ham and Huddersfield have allowed nine goals, and it does not look like either team is capable of a quick answer to the defensive woes. The aforementioned Durm could help the Huddersfield back line, but his insertion alone is unlikely to drastically change the team dynamic. Declan Rice ($6,000) seems to be the only option for West Ham from a player perspective.

Fulham are not necessarily in the same boat, having conceded seven goals thus far. Ream and Alfie Mawson ($5,000) have an outside chance of returning to bolster the back line. However, the red flag is that Fulham are allowing more than 16 shots per game despite averaging over 54% possession. This could indicate large areas of space for the opposition to play into on the counter, which is a team problem not easily fixed by two players.

Fulham and Huddersfield are both on the road, as well. Targeting players against these teams is a good strategy this week.
