Best WR options for weeks 10-13

I'll have an easy win in week 9 but I need to do well in weeks 10-13 to make the playoffs and I've been struggling with the WR position all season. Here's who I have: Mike Williams, Denarius Moore, Torrey Smith and Brian Hartline. I've thought about dropping Hartline for Cecil Shorts, Chris Givens or even Danny Amendola now that it looks like he's back. How would you rank these guys as for their potential for weeks 10-13?

The Rams' WR's are out as they play the 49ers twice, the Jets, and the Cardinals (all defenses I would like to avoid). The Dolphins and Jaguars have similar schedules (three easy defenses, one hard) for those weeks and both Hartline and Shorts are WR1's on bad offenses, so take whoever you trust the most (I think I would stick with Hartline). So, if I was to rank all the WR's you have listed for those 4 weeks, I think it would be: Williams > Moore > Smith > Hartline > Shorts > Amendola > Givens.
