what kicker n defense should I keep?

I have playes akers since the start of the season but consider the fact that akers is on bye this week I picked up . I have also started the baltimore d but considerding that some of their star defensive players are injured I picked up new england d now I don't know which one to keep for the rest of the year

Think you need to make some adjustments... First, keep Akers and get off waivers either Hanson, Graham, Carpenter or Prater. One of them has to be available. Next, get either GB, Detroit, Denver or San Diego. Keep looking for a top 5 Defense or maybe trade for one. Until then, check the matchup rankings and in the long run you'll score a lot more points.
