Tate, Thomas, Dwyer or Hillman RB for Wk 11 - standard scoring league

I am in great shape right now and looking ahead to week 11 when my two starting RB's (Peterson and CJ1K) are on bye. I am last on the waiver wire, so I need to make moves early. How would you rank these three in best possible points for week 11?

Ben Tate vs. Jacksonville
Daniel Thomas @ Buffalo
Ronnie Hillman vs San Diego
Dwyer vs Baltimore (Mendenhal surely back by this point)

I'd definitely go Dwyer. Even if Mendenhall is back, I think Dwyer has played well enough to the point where he is going to continue to get carries. I'd then go Tate, THomas, and Hillman.

hard to answer a question for 12 days from now but if nothing changes i would play dwyer
