Should I use Vick Ballard or Jonathan Dwyer?

    very doubtful Mendy and Redman will play, but Ballard has the better match-up.. Was isn't all that bad against the run.. they just can't stop the passing game.. plus I thin kBen will need to throw to keep up with Wash offense. Plus I think Tenn game will be close enough to where Ballard will still get plenty of touches.

    Ballard. We don't know how the Steelers backfield will look yet this weekend, and since Washington has such a weak pass defense, who knows how often they'll even run the ball. Ballard has a much better overall match-up this week vs. the Titans, who have not been successful against opposing backfields this week. However, keep an eye on the status of Donald Brown before you make your final decision.

    Ballard is definately starting, Dwyer may not. If Mendenhall or Redman play, dwyer won't give you much.

    Yeah, I am pretty sure he will play but he is playing Washington who is tougher against the run than the Titans.
