    To don't need to do this. Weakens your WR a lot. Improves your RB but not be near enough to make up for losing Julio.

    You're nuts if you do this. Aside from a BYE week, do you ever see yourself starting Sproles over Foster and Gore? He might be OK in FLEX, but not at RB, and you can use Welker or Gordon at Flex.

    If it's not PPR, then I don't think I'd consider it. Keep Jones

    No reason to do that at all. You have solid RBs and depth already. Don't give up a home-run hitter in Jones.

    I think it depends on your depth at RB and WR. Jones has better upside but Sproles is more consistent. Could only do this trade with a good stable of WRs behind Jones.
