Keep McGahee and make the trade. Johnson will probably come back at some point but right now Cruz is the main man(Hakeem who?) and Williams is doing well thanks to Jackson at the other WR spot.

i would make the trade, but I would include Gore not McGahee. McGahee plays against softer defenses in the AFC west than Gore does in the NFC west. As for the other part I think that Cruz would be able to match AJ's level, if not surpass it and getting Mike Williams is just a bonus.

If you can keep gore, then definitely do it. Cruz is a massive upgrade over Johnson, and CJ is an upside pick that could pan out very well for you, and is equal to mcgahee as they currently stand. Williams is a nice upside pick as he has produced lately. However, I would not do it if you have to give up Gore.
