Room for improvement?
Trying to bolster my team for the final stretch--what would you do to improve?
QB: Brady
RB: McCoy, LBell
WR: Jordy, Gordon, KBenj,
TE: Gronk
K: Bailey
DST: Packers
Bench: JHill, Vereen, JMatthews, LaFell, Donnell, Stafford
Standard league.
I've been having a lot of trouble streaming DSTs, but others in my league like to roster 2 DSTs it seems, so the waiver is usually slim pickings, and their really not into trading, which sucks.

Solid team. Not a lot to improve on. I agree with Michael that maybe you could move McCoy, but I wouldn't. I'd hold. I take it your trade deadline hasn't passed (unusual, but maybe only week behind what is typical)

Next year wait a few weeks and find the best DST available and pick them up and stick with them. Most teams don't change Ds often and every year it seems there is an unexpected top-performing D. As far as your team, how many teams are in your league? Standard only tells us the scoring. I'd try to grab some WR depth. See if you can't trade Stafford for somebody decent at WR. You might be okay, but if you can get somebody better, go for it. Also, Packers have the 5th-most DST points in the league I'm in. Pretty sure you're set.

I disagree with this sentiment. Streaming DSTs is an extremely viable option. Yes, almost every year there is an unexpected top-performing D. The problem with that is that it is of course unexpected and thus can't nessasarily be trusted to continue. So you can pick the early season leading DST and plug them in and watch them regress to the mean or you can target matchups with streaming. Sure, if you find yourself with a DST like KC or Seattle was last year, seemingly matchup proof - you roll with them, but just because most teams don't change Ds offen doesn't mean that you should follow that trend. THough I will grant you, I think the Packers probably do alright (top ten) rest of the season.

you have a very strong team. i'm not sure how much mccoy will perform ROS, and this is coming from an Eagles fan. maybe try to move him for a jennings and another WR to bolster depth further.
