    Short answer: No.
    Standard Scoring has Cutler at #4 overall in QB scoring. Ryan is not enough of an upgrade. If I'm you: I trust in Cutler going forward and don't sell on Marshall, especially when his value is so low right now. He is a legit WR1, just needs to get healthy.

    Don't make that deal.
