Drop McFadden or Mathews?

Non-PPR. I've been playing Mathews and waiting for McFadden, so both have been killing me. I backed into the playoffs (they are Week 15-16) as the team chasing me also lost the last two weeks. I don't care about this week, but need someone I can trust the two weeks after that--do I go with who I have or pick up someone like Vick Ballard, Shonn Greene, or Jonathan Dwyer.

I would drop Mathews for Dwyer.. Mathews just doesn't score... DMc still has some good match-ups.. he is supposed to play this Thurs, so you would be able to see him play then decide whether or not you want to keep him. But either way I would drop Mathews.

I'd drop both and pick up 2 new. Dwyer b/c PIT still in playoff race and it looks like Mendenhall is not even going to be 2nd on depth. Plus Ben is supposedly back this week so air game should help run. ANd with Redman right there, he'll have incentive to bust his butt. Then I'd pick up Ballard too b/c Indy is still in the hunt and the air game looks good to open up the run. NYJ are a mess so I wouldn't even go near them.

I'd look at Dwyer. Runs hard and Ben should be back. Don't like either your present guys.
