Trey Hines
Need a PPR Flex option between Fitzgerald and Parmele. I'm seriously leaning toward benching Fitzgerald.
PPR League. Starting Decker, Demaryius Thomas, and T.Y. Hilton in WR. Doug Martin and Reece as RBs. I have Lance Moore, Torrey Smith, Larry Fitzgerald, and Jalen Parmele to choose from for my Flex. Please don't just say "You can't sit Fitzgerald". I know what you're saying but he's just entirely too unpredictable with no QB and a wretched offensive line. Open to all suggestions

    I'm also a Fitzgerald owner and am benching him this week for Torrey Smith. I know that he'll probably have a decent week now that he's on my bench, but last week was the last straw (some Cardinals' QB has to show they can get him the ball until I put him back in). I'm not sold on Parmele, but he's probably worth a shot this week (I actually like all your options better than Fitzgerald right now).

    Isn't it sad that you have to even think of sitting Fitz. I agree exactly with you, last week was my last straw too. His low points were the only weak spot in my lineup which made me tie which made me lose the #1 spot in my league. I'm not sold on Parmele either but Smith is inconsistent as well for me all year and Flacco has just been a little off his game lately.

    Agreed, he was my 3rd round pick and has been mostly a bust. I'm also nervous about starting Torrey Smith this week, but I need a big day from someone as I started Miles Austin yesterday.

    Ouch. I sat Garcon, thinking he needed another week at least. My opponent had New England's Defense so I need a big player too.

    How do you feel about his inconsistency and the fact that Flacco hasn't been in sync with him lately? My reasoning for Parmele is that he's really the only one in the run game for the Jags and with Shorts and Blackmon doing well lately it may open up some opportunities for the run game to sneak in a bit. Your thoughts?

    All I can say is that every time I sit Smith, I regret it. Hate his inconsistancy, but he's got more upside than the others.
