Who to trade?

I am desperate for a QB and have 3 RB's I could deal away. LeSean McCoy, Trent Richardson, and Doug Martin. Who should I trade away? PPR.

While McCoys' use will increase, still he's the one I get rid of. Defences may have no fear of the WR's with Foles at QB, at least until he proves something.

It obviously depends what you could get for them in a trade, but all things equal, I would try to move Martin. His trade value will never be higher than right now and could probably get a mint for him. You'll get less for McCoy and I think he's going to be huge moving forward with Foles starting. TRich is the guy I wouldn't want to move.
