Trade help needed ASAP!!
Was offered MJD, Romo, and Colston for Brady, Alex Green, Owen Daniels

I have Gates as my other TE and this is a PPR league with QB's getting 6pts for a TD pass

    I think while there is a significant downgrade at QB between Romo & Brady, you're only losing (based on my league) 6 points per game without Brady. Colston will upgrade at WR, and if he starts to slump, you still have Moore. Overall MJD swings this trade in your favor. You give up Green, who there is no indication he will even keep the starting job in a pass-heavy offense, while MJD will be back for playoffs, and will immediately regain total control of the backfield. I say make the trade.

    oh wait, you'd be starting all 4 WRs. I was reading it as your were upgrading Fitz to Colston, but its really Moore to Colston. That changes everything. Now I'd do the deal. Big downgrade at QB, but big upgrade at WR and big upgrade at RB.

    make sure you account for the possibility of MJD not coming back. That is of course of definite possibility.

    Are we sure MJD is going to play again this year? Colston has seen his targets go down the last few weeks. Romo, has been ok this year. I am not sure I would pull the trigger. Who are your other WRs? And what are the other teams WRs?

    Yeah, you probably need to do it. Seems like you should get more for Brady, but Romo has a good schedule the rest of the way (except for week 15). MJD should be back soon, and its not like you're giving up a RB.

    One question....do you need Colston/MJD or are they going to be on your bench behind other studs?

    We play 3 WR's plus a flex so right now Lance Moore is my 4th option. With Colston, I'll have Roddy White, Amendola, Fitzgerald, and Colston starting. My current RB's are Bush, LeShoure, Steven Jackson so when MJD is healthy he'll definitely start for me.

    So you're replacing Fitzgerald with Colston. White is a must-start in any format and Amendola is a must-start in PPR. Colston will be a part-time starter for you (although I think he's an upgrade over Fitz). I dont like this deal anymore. You're taking a big downgrade at QB for a small upgrade at WR. You do need a RB, though. Take Colston out of the deal and make him upgrade the RB instead. Brady/Daniels/Green for Romo and a better RB than MJD (maybe he can throw in a bench WR)
