Start RG3 or Palmer?

I have to make a decision between starting RG3 or Carson Palmer. I'm not sure whether o start Palmer against the Saints D or RG3 against the Eagles D. Simply put I need this week to have a chance at playoffs, so please no BS responses, and I also want a reason for why to start ____ over _______.

Palmer > RGIII. I expect OAK to get down big quickly. With McFadden/Goodson out and Reece in, OAK will pass at least 50 times in this game against a terrible NO defense. I'd be shocked if Palmer doesn't end up with at least 300yds and 2 TDs. RGIII should be good as well, but Philly can move laterally and make a good effort to limit RGIII's running stats.
