Need to decide on best Flex and WR2 between Marshall, Hartline and Redman. Standard Scoring League

I know it is a no-brainer to start Marshall, but worried about the match-up against Houston and wondering if I might be better off w/ Hartline and Redman. If I start Marshall, who is the best flex play between Hartline and Redman?

Marshall will undoubtedly be blanketed by the Texan cornerbacks. But he should still come out with respectable stats because Cutler almost literally throws it to no one else but him. I'd go with hartline though because the Titans are soft and he's Ryan Tannehill's top receiver. I wouldn't even consider Redman because Mendenhall and Dwyer will most likely being sharing snaps with him. Go for Hartline.
