Which RB to pick up?

As everyone knows good running backs are hard to find this season due to massive injuries. I had MJD and Bradshaw, so I am in desperate need of a replacement. Since my league has been sucking up all the backup RBs I'm left with a difficult decision. Should I pick up Jacquizz Rodgers, Daryl Richardson or Joique Bell? All of which are decent backups, but I have no idea how to judge them for a starting position on my team.

I'd go Rodgers, then Richardson, then Bell. Rodgers gets a lot of third down work to spell Turner, while Richardson has been getting spot carries for Jackson.

Rodgers get's a good amount of snaps despite Turner and Richardson is starting to take more of the load from Jackson. Bell is going to be a goal line/garbage time option for the Lions. Hard choice but I'd rate them: Richardson / Rodgers / Bell

What about Starks in GB is he available? He might become a good option going forward if he keeps taking the workload from Green.
