Which WRs to start?

Victor Cruz against CIN is a must start, But then I have to pick 2 of the following:

Brian Hartline against TEN
Danny Amendola against SF
T.Y. Hilton against JAC
Brandon Lloyd against BUF

They all have good match ups except for Amendola.

Thoughts?

Go Hartline and Lloyd. Marshall tore up the Tennessee defense last week, and Hartline should be the main guy for Tannehill in that match-up. I like Lloyd to find some openings against the Bills' weak pass defense, especially at home and coming off the bye.
