Pittsburgh Penguins

Players to target: Evgeni Malkin, Carl Hagelin, and Patric Hornqvist

The Pittsburgh Penguins' second line will get a pretty good matchup against the New Jersey Devils, who have been burned in their last two games against speedy lines with a physical net front presence (Anaheim and San Jose). It's safe to say the Malkin line is rolling after they combined for four points last night in a solid win against the Montreal Canadiens.

The Penguins are one of the more dangerous teams in the league, averaging 3.64 goals per game, which includes Malkin's 1.7 points per contest since January 1st. The Taylor Hall line does yield 31.4 Scoring Chances Against per 60 minutes and roughly 10 High-Danger Chances Against per 60 minutes on the road. The Devils' penalty kill has been hovering around 80% since January 1st, so this Pittsburgh line should also have multiple opportunities to score via the power play. New Jersey is on the last game of a road trip in which they have given up 10 goals in their previous two contests, and opposing teams have averaged 35.6 shots per 60 minutes in Keith Kinkaid's last 10 starts.
