Nashville Predators

Players to target: Kevin Fiala, Kyle Turris, and Craig Smith

When we look for low-priced lines, we want players who are going to shoot the puck a lot so they have more than one way to reach value. Tonight, the Nashville Predators second line is exactly that in a great matchup against the Alex Ovechkin line for the Washington Capitals. Ovechkin's line allows 65.3 Corsi Against per 60 minutes and 3 expected Goals Against per 60 minutes.

Turris and Fiala both have individual Corsi For per 60 minutes over 10, while Craig Smith's is over 17. Judging by those poor defensive numbers for the Capitals second line, they should have many chances at even-strength. They also all play on the second power play for Nashville, and Capitals have the ninth-worst penalty kill in NHL at 78.6%.
