Another road team with a great matchup is the second line for the Washington Capitals. While the Tampa Bay Lightning got a win at home against the Florida Panthers in their first game, they struggled mightily in their second game. Overall, the Lightning have given up 72.8 Corsi For per 60 minutes in two games against the Panthers, who don't project to be a great offensive team.

The Backstrom line has a solid 54 Corsi For percentage and will face the Brayden Point (54.6 Corsi Against per 60 minutes) and/or the Tyler Johnson line (69.4 Corsi Against per 60 minutes). Either way, likely avoiding Steven Stamkos bodes well for a talented second line that will see half the ownership of the Alex Ovechkin-Evgeny Kuznetsov line.
