Los Angeles Kings

Players to target: Tanner Pearson, Jeff Carter, and Drew Doughty

Some power-play correlation is always a good idea against the Arizona Coyotes, who are only killing penalties at a 78.1% rate on the season. The Los Angeles Kings (54.6 Corsi For percentage) are coming off a 3-1 loss to the St. Louis Blues, but LA should be able to dominate this matchup against the league's worst possession team (Coyotes own a 45 Corsi For percentage).

Carter's line should see some ice time against the top line for the Coyotes, which is allowing 67.7 Corsi Against per 60 minutes and 9.8 Scoring Chances For per 60 minutes. Pearson and Carter play at even strength with Tyler Toffoli, and they have been one of the top possession lines in the league all season -- 72.4 Corsi For per 60 minutes and a 61.9 Corsi For percentage. While they haven't exploded on the score sheet, if there was ever a matchup to use them, it is tonight because they should have the puck for most of their ice time.
