Brandon Marshall

Brandon Marshall expected to be released by Seahawks

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Brandon Marshall is unlikely to make the final roster, believes Brady Henderson of ESPN.com.

What It Means:

Marshall received some praise earlier this month, but Henderson thinks the Seahawks will choose to go younger to start the season, and then possibly sign the veteran after Week 1. He turned 34 in March.

If he makes the team, numberFire's models currently project Marshall for 502.6 receiving yards and 2.60 touchdowns on 40.6 catches (82.2 targets), making him the 79th wide receiver in our preseason fantasy rankings.
