Dolphins' Jay Cutler still in concussion protocol on Wednesday
Miami Dolphins quarterback Jay Cutler remains in the concussion protocol.
What It Means:
Head coach Adam Gase said the team will decide on a starter later in the week. If Cutler can't play, Matt Moore will start for the Dolphins in Week 12 against the New England Patriots.
