Tyrod Taylor benched ahead of Bills' Week 11 matchup
Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor has been benched in favor of Nathan Peterman as the team's Week 11 starter versus the Los Angeles Chargers.
Last week, Taylor managed just 56 yards, nine completions and one interception in a blowout loss to the New Orleans Saints. The Bills' offense ranks 19th in the league in adjusted net yards per attempt, but Taylor just hasn't been a good fit with Sean McDermott's system or the team's personnel. Taylor is due a $6 million roster bonus by the third day of the 2018 league year so he's likely to become a free agent at season's end.
In 9 starts, Taylor has thrown for 1,684 yards and 10 touchdowns on a completion percentage of 64.2%. He's added 237 yards and 2 touchdowns on the ground, making for an average of 15.3 FanDuel points per game this season.
