Lamar Miller posts solid line in Texans' Sunday night loss
Houston Texans running back Lamar Miller rushed 15 times for 74 yards, and added 2-of-3 catches for 15 yards through the air in a 42-34 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
This game was a wild one in the second half after the Texans fell behind early. With the negative game script from the start, Miller didn't have a lot of chances to run the ball, but he made the most of it averaging just under 5 yards per carry. D'Onta Foreman got 4 carries for 34 yards, so Miller easily out-touched the Texans' rookie. Barring injury, Miller should continue to be the workhorse for this ground game going forward.
Miller posted 8.9 FanDuel points in Week 5, which was far less than the 13.9 he was projected for.
