Jordan Howard playing through sprained AC joint for Bears
Chicago Bears running back Jordan Howard is playing through a sprained AC joint, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.
That would explain why he's been tentative through the Bears' first two games. Howard wasn't listed on Chicago's final injury report for Week 3, though the combination of his injury and the emergence of rookie phenom Tarik Cohen damages his fantasy prospects against a tough Pittsburgh Steelers defense.
With a projected line of 49.3 rushing yards and 0.4 touchdowns on 11.6 carries, and 2.5 catches for 18.8 receiving yards and 0.1 scores, Howard is a top-30 fantasy back in Week 3, but no higher. We project him for 10.55 FanDuel points at $6,800 in salary.
