Cowboys-Broncos game being delayed due to lightning
Week 2's game between the Denver Broncos and Dallas Cowboys is being delayed due to a 'Severe Lightning Warning.'
What It Means:
Both teams have been cleared off the field and have been sent to the lockerrooms with just over 30 seconds remaining in the first quarter. The Broncos expect the delay to last around 60 minutes.
Denver was leading 7-0 on a 10-yard Trevor Simien to Emmanuel Sanders touchdown when the delay was announced.
