Bears' Kevin White heads to IR with fractured scapula

Chicago Bears wide receiver Kevin White has been placed on injured reserve with a fractured shoulder blade.

What It Means:

There's a chance White needs surgery, and if that's the case then it'll likely be season-ending. The former 2015 first round draft pick has played in just five career NFL games. With Cameron Meredith also sidelined the team will turn to Kendall Wright, Markus Wheaton, and Deonte Thompson at receiver.

Before exiting Sunday's game White had caught two passes for 6 yards on four targets.
