Blake Bortles (wrist) practicing in full for Jaguars
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles was a full participant in practice and should be all systems go for his Week 1 matchup against the Houston Texans.
What It Means:
Bortles is entering the season on a sour note, having lost his starting job for a brief moment in mid-August. But, although he's on a short list, he should be able to keep Chad Henne from stepping in behind center anytime soon.
In season-long fantasy, Bortles is QB18 according to our projections. For Week 1, though, his 225.7 yards, 1.11 touchdowns and 14.6 FanDuel points position him just 22nd among all quarterbacks as he faces a Texans defense that allowed the 3rd-fewest points per game to opposing signal callers a year ago.
