Kenny Stills

Kenny Stills not expected to re-sign with Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins are unlikely to re-sign impending free agent wide receiver Kenny Stills, reports Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald.

What It Means:

Stills is "more likely to leave via free agency than stay in Miami," according to Salguero. This comes a day after he reported that Stills is looking to land around $12 million a year in a new deal, so it's not too much of a surprise. The 24-year-old wideout will be in high demand once he hits the open market.

Among the 68 wide receivers to see at least 75 targets last year, Stills ranked third in Reception Net Expected Points per target. He caught 42 passes for 726 yards and a career-high 9 touchdowns with the Dolphins in 2016.
