Eric Ebron wants 1,000 yards receiving with Lions next season
Detroit Lions tight end Eric Ebron said his goal for 2017 is to stay healthy and reach 1,000 receiving yards.
Ebron hasn't played all 16 games in a season since being drafted 10th overall in 2014. He missed three games this year with knee and ankle injuries and played hurt much of the first half of the season. Ebron still managed to set career-highs in catches (61) and yards (711) while cutting down on his drops. Ebron can become a fantasy asset in 2017 if he stays healthy and gets more involved in the red zone.
Ebron came in ninth in Reception Net Expected Points per target among the 32 tight ends to top 50 targets this season.
