Tampa Bay expected to give Jacquizz Rodgers a heavy workload in Week 17
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Jacquizz Rodgers is expected to get a "heavy workload" Week 17 against the Carolina Panthers according to ESPN Bucs reporter Jenna Laine.
Doug Martin is suspended and Charles Sims is on IR, so Rodgers could be looking at 15 to 20 touches. Peyton Barber is still around, but Rodgers will get the first chance at the bell cow roll on Sunday.
Our models expect Rodgers to rush for 70.3 yards on 16.0 carries and 0.40 touchdowns, to go with 2.0 catches and 12.8 yards through the air.
