Saints' Delvin Breaux (shoulder) won't play against Arizona
New Orleans Saints defensive back Delvin Breaux (shoulder) has been ruled out for Week 15 versus the Arizona Cardinals.
Breaux is the Saints' top corner, so his absence should upgrade the outlook for newly-promoted number-two receiver J.J. Nelson on the perimeter. It also bodes well for Carson Palmer.
Our models don't expect much out of Nelson in Week 15, and project him to catch just 2 passes for 29 yards and 0.14 touchdowns. The Saints currently rank 28th in Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points allowed per play.
