Texans' Lamar Miller should be fine after ankle injury
Houston Texans running back Lamar Miller should be "fine" after limping off the field with an ankle injury in Sunday's Week 12 loss, head coach Bill O'Brien said Monday.
Miller has battled an ankle injury since before the Texans' bye week. He appeared to potentially aggravate it late in Sunday's game, but it sounds like he'll be ready to go for Week 13. Early-career concerns about Miller's ability to handle heavy workloads have continued into his first season as a true lead back. He has battled nicks and bruises all season long.
Miller earned -8.09 Net Expected Points on 19 rushing attempts in Week 12, per numberFire Live.
