Head coach Doug Pederson said Wednesday that Huff would play this week, but that apparently changed once details of his arrest emerged (DUI, speeding, possession). He's a solid special teams player, but won't be a hot commodity on NFL waivers.

The Eagles currently rank 11th in Adjusted Passing Net Expected Points per play and Huff's release shouldn't cause any adverse effects in the offense.
