Texans will have Lamar Miller (shoulder) active for Week 8
Houston Texans running back Lamar Miller (shoulder) will be active for Week 8 against the Detroit Lions, the Houston Chronicle's John McClain reports.
It's unclear exactly how much Miller will play, but it can only be a good sign that the Texans' doctors cleared him for football action. Even in a plus matchup, Miller looks like a boom-or-bust play in season-long leagues.
Miller is the 20th-best fantasy option this week at running back, with 56 rushing yards and 0.43 touchdowns on 13 carries, as well as 2 receptions for 17 yards.
