Steelers believe Ben Roethlisberger could return in two weeks

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger could return in two to three weeks, team president Art Rooney said.

What It Means:

It's the first timetable that's come from the Steelers. Roethlisberger is more likely to miss four to six weeks due to lingering knee issues from last year, but there's some hope internally he'll return sooner. Landry Jones will start Sunday against the New England Patriots, with Zach Mettenberger backing him up. The entire Pittsburgh offense is downgraded.

Wide receiver Antonio Brown is still in our top-three projected wide receivers for the week, but that's a big downgrade for him. We project him for 96 receiving yards and 0.40 touchdowns on 8 targets.
