Jamaal Charles (knee) out for Chiefs' Week 3, Spencer Ware to start again
Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles (knee) is out for Week 3 against the New York Jets.
He was listed as doubtful on Friday despite seeing some practice reps with the first-team offense this week. Spencer Ware will carry the rushing load again on Sunday, and he's out-touched Charcandrick West 30-16 on the season. Head coach Andy Reid suggested Charles could play in Week 4.
Our models project Ware for 55 rushing yards and 0.39 touchdowns on 13 carries, with 3 catches for 20 receiving yards.
