Russell Wilson (ankle) confirms he will play football for Seahawks Sunday
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson (ankle) says he's "ready to roll" for Sunday's Week 2 matchup with the Los Angeles Rams.
He's playing. Considering what Blaine Gabbert was capable of against the Rams on Monday night, Wilson should score a lot of fantasy points in Week 2.
We currently project Wilson to complete 17-of-29 attempts for 212 passing yards, 1.56 touchdowns and 0.68 interceptions on Sunday. He's also expected to add 34 yards and 0.22 touchdowns on 7 rushing attempts. Among the 32 quarterbacks to attempt a pass in Week 1, Wilson ranked 24th with 0.04 Passing Net Expected Points per drop back.
