Lions acquire wide receiver Donovan People-Jones in trade with Cleveland

The Detroit Lions have acquired wide receiver Donovan People-Jones on Tuesday.

What It Means:

The Lions will add additional receiving depth after they traded a 2025 sixth rounder for Peoples-Jones. Expect the 24-year old to compete for a secondary receiving role with Josh Reynolds and Jameson Williams.

On 17 targets this season, People-Jones ranks 112th among his position with a 51.3 Pro Football Focus offensive rating while hauling in 8 receptions for 97 yards.
