Dolphins' Kiko Alonso (knee) says he's fully healthy
Miami Dolphins middle linebacker Kiko Alonso (knee) says he’s fully healthy.
Alonso has been practicing without limitations at OTAs. He’s reportedly looked closer to his pre-injury form after playing through multiple 2015 setbacks with the Philadelphia Eagles. Miami is counting on a return to form from Alonso after getting very little from their starting linebackers last year.
Miami ranked just 30th in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points (NEP) per play in 2015. The Dolphins were 15th in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play but a woeful 31st in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play.
