Saints' Alvin Kamara (ribs) expected to play in Week 3
New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ribs) is expected to play in the team's Week 3 game against the Carolina Panthers.
Kamara suffered a rib injury in Week 1 and subsequently missed the Saints' Week 2 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but he is trending back in the right direction for the team's Week 3 game against the Panthers. If Kamara is back in the lineup this week, Mark Ingram should see a dip in opportunities.
Kamara has a $7,000 salary on FanDuel and is projected to score 15.5 fantasy points against a struggling Panthers team. Our projections have him rushing for 70.4 yards with .5 touchdowns, and putting up 27.1 receiving yards with another .2 touchdowns. He is the RB9 in our weekly projections.
