Trevor Lawrence (ankle) returns for Jags in Week 9
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (ankle) has returned to Sunday's Week 9 game against the Buffalo Bills.
Lawrence briefly exited Sunday's game after an offensive lineman rolled up on his ankle, but was able to return to the field after a quick visit to the locker room. Fortunately, he appears to have avoided suffering a serious injury.
The first overall pick of the 2021 NFL Draft has had a rocky start to his career, but is keeping pace with the Bills on a sluggish day for both teams. He has completed 11 of his 15 attempts so far for 80 yards.
