Rich Cimini of ESPN reported Tuesday that White would remain the starter until Zach Wilson (knee) is healthy. Saleh said Josh Johnson will be promoted from the practice squad to be the backup. The Jets acquired Joe Flacco from the Philadelphia Eagles at the beginning of the week, but he's apparently not ready to dress yet. Flacco will presumably have an opportunity to start if White struggles.
